How long does international shipping take for bulk orders?
Bulk orders typically undergo a processing period of 3-5 business days. Once shipped via our premium express couriers, delivery generally takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Are all products guaranteed to be authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that 100% of our products are official and authentic. All K-Pop albums are sourced directly from official distributors and count towards the HANTEO and GAON charts.
What payment methods do you accept for wholesale purchases?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for large volume orders. For orders exceeding $2,000, we recommend wire transfers to avoid transaction delays.
Can I request a refund if a bulk shipment is damaged?
