At COKODIVE BULK BUYS, we strive to ensure your inventory is perfect, but we accept returns on defective or incorrect bulk shipments within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Request
Contact our bulk support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.
Approval & Labeling
Once your request is audited, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the error was on our part.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original shipping crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit back to our distribution center.
Quality Inspection
After receiving the shipment, our warehouse team will inspect the goods and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
